Sure, a small child was chased by a clown armed with an axe. Sure, some clowns may have broken into a few homes in SoCal. Yes, it’s not incredibly comfortable when a clown is holding a firearm outside of your house. But it should be give or take my friends if we want Halloween to finally be ran with some competency. These evil clowns that keep popping up, mainly around Bakersfield, but all over California, have finally brought back Halloween. We once again have something to fear. And for good reason, they are armed and masked by clown makeup.
